3/31/11 - Grand Opening Mentor & Canton
Hudec Dental is pleased to announce the grand opening of our thirteenth office in Mentor on Monday, April 4th. The new office, located at 7697 Mentor Avenue. On Tuesday, April 5th, Hudec Dental will open their fourteenth office in Canton. The new office, located at 4400 Belden Village Street NW. The new locations will provide patients with the highest quality oral healthcare in a comfortable environment using state of the art equipment.
3/24/11 - Grand Opening Middleburg Heights
Hudec Dental is pleased to announce the grand opening of our twelfth office in Middleburg Heights on Thursday, March 24th. The new office, located at 18342 Bagley Road will provide patients with the highest quality oral healthcare in a comfortable environment using state of the art equipment.

2/9/11 - Letter from Dr. Hudec
Dear Former Allcare Dental & Dentures Patients:
We at Hudec Dental are truly sorry that you have been severely inconvenienced or without quality dental care due to the recent closing of area Allcare Dental locations. Our main goal is to help you during this time - either by providing you with access to your confidential dental and lab records, or to become your new dental services provider of choice.
We are now the custodian of dental records from the following former Allcare locations: Cuyahoga Falls, Garfield Heights, Mentor, Middleburg Heights, Parma and North Olmsted. We are in the process of adding the records from the closed office in Canton as well.
As you transition your dental care to Hudec Dental or another provider, there are a few things that you should know:
- While we will do our best to get you your chart and hope to become your dental provider, we ask for your patience as we have taken on a large responsibility in a short period of time
- You can obtain your chart with your photo ID once we have all the patient records in our possession. Please be aware we are now under HIPPA and Federal Privacy Regulations to ensure your chart is not given to any unauthorized party
- We will have all patient charts from the above listed Allcare offices in our possession within 14 days of this notice
- We have no financial data about your individual account
- We do have your dental information, x-rays and lab work if Allcare had it in the above listed offices
- We are not able to give refunds for any work Allcare has or has not completed
- We are not able to warranty nor fix without charge any Allcare dental work
- We will be happy to provide you with professional quality dental care in the future
- We will be happy to assist you in any way we can
