2009 Summertime Smile Photo Contest
This summer Hudec Dental will sponsor a "Summertime Smile Photo Contest". Everyone loves summer and there is always a reason to smile. Enter your favorite "Summertime Smile"- whether it is sweet, silly or surprising.
Submit photos online at hudecdental.com. All entries must be submitted by September 21, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Only one digital photo per contestant may enter the contest. All photos submitted must be appropriate for family viewing.
Remember to VOTE for your favorite ‘Summertime Smile”! Voting will take place in the photo gallery. Only one vote per person. The photo that receives the most number of votes will become our “Summertime Smile” Photo Contest winner. The winner will be announced on September 28, 2009.
The grand prize (1st place) winner will receive: digital camera, $50 gas gift card and free whitening for a year. The runner-up (2nd place) will receive: free whitening for a year.

Hudec Dental Photo Contest Rules
- No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.
- The theme of the contest is “Summertime Smile.”
- Winning entries will be those that best reflect the theme.
- Decisions of the votes are final.
- Photos will not be entered unless the entrant’s name, address and telephone numbers have been recorded on the entry form.
- Must be 18 year or older to enter.
- Only one digital photo per contestant may enter the contest.
- Entrant must be an active Hudec Dental patient. No prizes will be awarded until entrant’s status has been verified as a current patient by Hudec Dental.
- Photos must be suitable for family viewing.
- Contestants must know the names, addresses and phone numbers of all identifiable people in their photograph.
- Entrants will be responsible for obtaining all consents necessary of any person featured in any photograph.
- Failure to obtain consent will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- All entries become the property of Hudec Dental.
- Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged and entries will not be returned.
- Hudec Dental assumes no responsibility for submitted photographs.
- Entrants confirm and promise that entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property right of any third party.
- By participating, entrant agrees that ownership of the entries and all intellectual property right in the entry is assigned to Hudec Dental.
- All entries must be submitted by September 21, 2009 at 11:59 p.m.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
- If not claimed by this date, the prizes will be forfeited.
- Hudec Dental reserves the right to cancel or suspend the contest for any cause beyond the control of Hudec Dental.
- Hudec Dental employees are excluded from this contest.
