Preparing For An Interview

Interviews are the first step in joining the Hudec Dental team.  It is your time to shine and relay your best qualities in order to make a good impression for opportunities within the organization.

It is important to dress appropriately and have all applicable materials ready if needed.  It is always advantageous to show up to the scheduled interview 10-15 minutes in advance in order to complete necessary forms.  It is also advantageous to look over the appropriate job description provided (either on the website under job opportunities or given out before the interview begins) in order to get an insight into what the desired qualifications will be.

Hudec Dental looks for good candidates that display initiative, are well versed in the position, have strong educational background, are motivated, and show exceptional communication skills.

Various questions regarding the applicant’s work experience, training, and applicable certifications will be discussed in hopes of gaining more insight into the applicant than what was simply provided in the resume.

On occasion, qualified applicants might be asked to return for a working interview in which the candidate will be paired with a dentist and the applicant’s skills will be evaluated throughout the day.  This puts into action the skills discussed during the interview.

Overall, Hudec Dental wants applicants to relax and feel comfortable during the interview process and the more prepared the applicant is, the more smoothly the interview will proceed.
